SWIMMER AFFIRMATION Today is a great day.  I have the opportunity to show up as the best me ever! I am awesome.  I have the absolute power to swim my best ever. I am committed to constant and never-ending personal improvement. I will do what ever it takes to swim my best.  I will make massive action steps to perfect my skill as a swimmer. My beliefs create my reality.  I am fast.  I am quick.  I am a Stingray in the water. I swim against the pool.  I swim against myself.  My competition is a friend.  My competition is not my enemy.   They will only make me better. My goal is to beat my times.  I will accept my rewards for what I have done.  I deserve to be recognized. I am coachable.  I will accept direction to improve and to get better.  My brain is a sponge for knowledge.  I am a Stingray, and the Master of my swimming!
