PRACTICE TIMES

Starting September 8, 2008 JAC will return to Illinois College for the
fall short course season.  Practice will be held Monday thru Friday
from 4-6pm except on meet weekends and home Illinois College
football games.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays - Mac Pool - 3:00-4:30
Tuesdays - Nichols Park - 6:00-7:30
